Ohio eTutoring Collaborative

As a BGSU student, you have access to the eTutoring Collaborative.  PLEASE NOTE: These services are not offered by BGSU or The Learning Commons.

eTutoring – Where Students Can:

1. Submit a paper to the Online Writing Lab for review by your tutors.

2. Work online in real time with your tutors via a dynamic, easy to use, web conferencing system.

3. Leave an eQuestion for a tutor’s response.

4. Access a growing Resource Repository created by tutors and administrators.

BGSU students have free access to eTutoring in the following subject areas:
Anatomy and Physiology
Math (from the developmental level through Calculus II)
Psychology (eQuestions only)

eTutoring participants have access to:
Our Online Writing Lab
 where you can submit a draft of your paper to a tutor, ask for specific feedback, and receive your work back with a tutor's response within 24-48 hours.

Live Tutoring where you can meet with a tutor in one-on-one tutoring sessions via a fully interactive, virtual online environment.

Offline Questions where you can leave a specific question for an eTutor who will respond within 48 hours.

Note: Our eTutors will not edit, correct, or rewrite your paper, but will help you improve your work and writing skills.

BGSU is a participating institutions in the eTutoring Collaborative, and As a BGSU student you have access to these online tutoring services. These services are not offered by BGSU or The Learning Commons.

The services are provided by the participating institutions of the Ohio eTutoring Collaborative.
