Final exams can be stressful. The Learning Commons decided to ask how you study for your courses and your exams. Enjoy the video, and pick up some great study tips!
Are you stressed out? Need help preparing for finals? Study on Sunday (S.O.S.) is the answer. S.O.S. is a special event The Learning Commons and Jerome Library has every fall and spring semester the Sunday before exam week to help students prepare and study for exams. Extra tutors are scheduled and study sessions planned, as students get ready to take their final tests. On Sunday, April 29, the Learning Commons and University Libraries are offering extended hours for drop-in tutoring for math/stats, many subjects, and writing consultations. We’ll also provide activities and food for a nice distraction! For a full list of the drop-in tutoring sessions that will be offered by the Learning Commons, check out the schedules below.
While the activities will mostly happen between noon and 10pm, we’ll have some special evening activities as well. The William T. Jerome Library will be open all night long, so we hope you’ll consider spending your Sunday studying with the University Libraries and the Learning Commons the entire week of finals.
