Travis provides leadership for The Learning Commons, the Falcon Learning Your Way Program (FLY), and Library Information Technology Services. He holds a Master of Education degree in Educational Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Miami University. He maintains professional memberships with the College Reading and Learning Center Association (CRLA), International Society for Educational Biography (ISEB), National College Learning Center Association (NCLCA), and the Ohio College Learning Center Association (OCLCA). Travis is also an Adjunct Instructor in the Humanities Department for BGSU Firelands teaching University Success (UNIV 1000).

J. Clevenger
Position: Assistant Director - Tutoring Services (Started 2011)
J provides leadership for tutoring services in The Learning Commons including course-based tutoring, the Math & Stats Lab, technology tutoring, and the Writing Center. His duties include supervision of graduate and undergraduate student employees. He also works to ensure The Learning Commons maintains its College Reading & Learning Association (CRLA) learning center certification. J holds a Master of Arts in Literary & Textual Studies from Bowling Green State University and bachelor’s degrees in English & Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and Information Systems and Operation Management from The University of Toledo.
Jeremy Joseph
Position: Assistant Director - Supplemental Learning Services (Started 2011)
Jeremy provides leadership for services in The Learning Commons including academic coaching, academic workshops and Supplemental Instruction. His duties include supervision of graduate and undergraduate student employees. He also works to maintain the SI program’s The International Center for Supplemental Instruction at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Accredited Program status. Jeremy is a two-time alumnus of BGSU holding a Master of Arts in Pure Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in AYA Math Education. Jeremy also teaches courses for the department of Mathematics and Statistics, is a founding Board Member of the Ohio College Learning Center Association and has served as a representative on BGSU’s Administrative Staff Council. He maintains professional memberships with the College Reading and Learning Center Association (CRLA), National College Learning Center Association (NCLCA), and the Ohio College Learning Center Association (OCLCA). Jeremy was the recipient of the Administrative Staff Council 2015 BG Best Award.
Teresa works to connect BGSU students to tutoring services available in The Learning Commons. Teresa trains tutors so they are prepared to work in The Learning Commons. She also manages the customer service desk and supports the Assistant Director – Tutoring Services in managing graduate and undergraduate student employees and maintaining CRLA certification. Teresa is a three-time alumnus of BGSU holding a Master of Arts in Cross-Cultural and International Education, Master of Education in Reading, and Bachelor of Science in Education.
Ashley provides one-on-one support for students in the Falcon Learning Your Way Program (FLY). She also provides leadership for the program as a Sr. Learning Specialist. She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and an autism graduate certificate from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology from The University of Toledo.
Lisa provides one-on-one support for students in the Falcon Learning Your Way Program (FLY). She holds a Masters in Special Education degree from Western Governors University and is an alumnus of BGSU holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education.
Jaclyn provides one-on-one support for students in the Falcon Learning Your Way Program (FLY). She holds a Master of Education in Reading from the University of Findlay and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Managerial Studies from Tiffin University. She also has principalship licensure from Ashland University.
Penny provides one-on-one support for students in the Falcon Learning Your Way Program (FLY). She is a three-time alumnus of BGSU holding a Doctor of Education in Leadership Studies, Master of Education in Reading, and Bachelor of Science in Middle Education.
