RE NXT (Web-Based) Training Opportunities

Click here to access the Raiser's Edge NXT Fundamentals training course page where you can Enroll in the Learning Path and select individual courses.  There are both e-Learning and Instructor Led (ILT) Trainings, concentrating on the e-Learning will allow you more flexibility in scheduling and the ability to move at your individual pace:

Note: All courses require a Blackbaud account. Please email FRED@bgsu.edu to request an account if you do not have one and need to access trainings. 

Steps to Request a Blackbaud account & install Citrix

Request to have a Blackbaud account created (by emailing FRED@bgsu.edu).

  1. Once the request is approved (approx. 1 business day) you will receive an email with the subject: Accept your invitation to Blackbaud.
    • If you don’t receive the email please check your junk folder.
  2. When logging in, you will be prompted for a username and password, enter your BGSU email address. Once you enter your email address, the website will redirect you to the standard BGSU login page where you can complete your login with your BGSU production password. 
    • If you need assistance logging in, contact FRED@bgsu.edu.

Training Tips

  • Register for courses in advance, there may be a delay in availability.
  • If you have issues accessing training or a price is reflecting, be sure to wait 24 hours after establishing your Blackbaud ID.
    • Please reach out to FRED@bgsu.edu if issues persist after the 24-hour period.
