Jaggaer Supplier Management

Business Operations and ITS staff collaborated with Jaggaer to implement their Supplier Management module. Jaggaer is the university’s current provider of our eProcurement and eInvoicing platforms. The scope of the project included configuration of the module and developing bi-directional supplier synchronization with BGSU’s PeopleSoft Financial Management System (FMS). The benefits from implementing this module include centralized vendor management for BGSU and our vendors, a user-friendly application, and the reduction of manual work for the Purchasing staff.
