After receiving her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, Dr. Durham helped manage her family's outpatient PT clinic where they specialized in orthopedics and home health for six years. She began hosting seminars and students for their clinical education experiences, which led her to academia. After years serving as an assistant professor in a DPT Program, she became the director of clinical education in 2018. In 2020, she returned to help build one of the best hybrid, accelerated DPT programs in the nation at BGSU.
