Refund and Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly replace or refund the purchase price of the item(s) per the guidelines below. All items must be in new, unworn/unused condition with original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return or exchange.
With a Receipt : items purchased at Falcon Outfitters, Falcon Team Store, or Falcon Outfitters@Firelands are eligible for an exchange or refund, within 14 days of the date shown on the receipt. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used. If the payment method is unavailable, an in store gift card will be issued.
Without a Receipt : When no receipt is present, items may be considered for ONLY exchange, and is at the discretion of management. Items will be exchanged at the current in store price, which may be lower than the original purchase price. Items without a receipt are not eligible for a monetary refund.
Electronics : Computers, computer software, tablets, Apple products and all other computer hardware cannot be refunded or exchanged if the packaging has been opened.
Miscellaneous: Flash drives, gift cards, and 3rd party gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Caps/Gowns: Graduation returns will be accepted up to the day before Graduation.
The original debit/credit card must be present in order to receive a refund, otherwise a Falcon Outfitters’ gift card will be issued. If you paid by check, please allow ten business days for refund.
Shopify Returns : Include the original packing slip with the items you are returning, secure the package, and ship to the address below. Please note the reason for return. Be sure to use a traceable means and record the tracking number. Falcon Outfitters is not responsible for lost or misdirected items. Customers are responsible for return postage.
The original shipping charge is nonrefundable.

Unless you specifically request additional information from Falcon Outfitters, including newsletters, promotions and event information, you will only receive email messages related to specific orders you place, inquires you make, or periodic official communication described above.
The personal information you submit to Falcon Outfitters will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties in any form, for any purpose, at any time without your authorization.
