The purpose of our program is to build a legacy of strong families, primarily by breaking generational cycles of poverty and incarceration.  We provide services to incarcerated and formerly incarcerated men and women through TYRO Dads, TYRO Leadership, Couple Communication, Core Communication, and TYRO Job Ethics Training.  We also assist these men and womenwith case management and employment after they are released from prison.  We also support the families of incarcerated fathers through Family Days and Time with Dad activities inside prisons.  We provide services to youth through our TYRO Rites of Passage program.  And we help employers develop their workforce through our TYRO Leadership classes.
