The Project IMPACT team views research and evaluation as central to the purpose of the project and will engage in both formative and summative evaluation activities. The project evaluation centers on an iterative processs for formative evaluation and incorporates a mixed-methods approach to investigate the impact of supplemental training for teacher candidates and in-service teachers.
