BGSU’s Career Tech Workforce Education major with a specialization in Business and Marketing Education bachelor's degree is one of the most respected programs of its kind in Ohio and the country. We provide you with unique opportunities to gain real-world experience during business internships and student teaching as you prepare for teaching and business careers. BGSU is the only university in Ohio that offers a program that leads to licensure to teach marketing in high schools and is the major supplier of business (including computer applications) and marketing education professionals in the state.

Qualified business and marketing educators are currently in high demand in middle schools, high schools, high school career centers, community and technical colleges, and business and industry. In this degree program, you’ll receive a broad background in both business and methodology classes, and gain experience with some of the same state-of-the-art software in use at today’s leading global businesses.
