As a graduate of the College of Education and Human Development at BGSU (Human Development and Family Studies), I am thrilled to be back at the University serving my fellow Falcons as an Academic Advisor. I earned my Master’s degree from Ohio University in College Student Personnel and have experience in both Advising and Residence Life. I am passionate about helping students find success and a path to their future goals.

Away from work, I enjoy experimenting with new recipes and walking on the bike path with my husband. I also usually always have a new craft or project I am working on thanks to Pinterest and the recent purchase of a home.

I am married to Snehalatha Chandran-Dickerson, a stunning, intelligent and loving mother of our two boys, Amani and Jadon. My wife is from the beautiful country of India and I am from the rustbelt of Ohio.  How did two people from worlds apart collide at BGSU?  It's a great story full of adventure, romance and some boring parts too.

I am a fitness fanatic who enjoys bicycling, motorcycling, basketball and "football" or soccer to the culturally insensitive sport neophytes…shame on you.

Since 2001, I have thoroughly enjoyed my job as a College Advisor at Bowling Green State University.

    Go Falcons!
