Learn more about the members on our executive team below!
Michael Britten- President (Junior)
Hi! My name is Michael Britten (Adolescent to Young Adult Education- Integrated Language Arts) and I'm from Cleveland Ohio. I picked BG because it's like as soon as you get off exit 181 and you see the orange and brown it just warms your heart and you get this feeling of I'm home!
Alex Lang- Vice President (Senior)
Hi! My name is Alex Lang (Interior Design) and im from Delaware Ohio. Compared to the other schools that offer the program I wanted to major in, BGSU seemed like the most energizing environment. The nature on campus and the way the current students smiled and waved and interacted with each other made it seem like a very welcoming place. Which it is! :)
Kathryn Seguin- Secretary/ Treasurer (Senior)
My name is Kathryn Seguin (Career tech Education: Business Marketing) and I'm from Medina Ohio. I chose BGSU because of the spirit and the atmosphere. BGSU feels like home to me and I have a really strong sense of belonging at BGSU. I also chose BGSU because they offer my major. They are one of the only schools in Ohio that offer our Business & Marketing Education program, and it is amazing!! I am so glad I chose BGSU.
Morgan Anderson- Historian (Senior)
Hi! My name is Morgan Anderson (Physical Education and Health Education) from Genoa Ohio. Because it was close to home, had my major, and had the color orange as the school colors.
Nichole Wente- Social Media Chair (Junior)
I'm majoring in Adolescent to Young Adult Integrated Math Education and I'm from New Bremen Ohio. I picked BGSU for the education program. The program gets you in the classroom in your first semester, which I think is huge. This has given me more opportunities to explore different types of schools and learn more about the students in them. The education classes at BGSU are also exceptional. The professors care about you and want what is truly best.
