Dean’s Message

One of my first duties as the new dean of the College of Technology, Architecture and Applied Engineering was congratulating 63 graduates at the beautiful commencement on the University lawn in August and then welcoming 380 new students this fall to the Class of 2022. It has been an inspiring introduction to BGSU.

We have so many things to commemorate this year. Our Co-operative Education Program celebrates 50 years of co-op opportunities for students and employers, while programs in visual communications technology and aviation celebrate 45-year and 40-year anniversaries respectively. We welcome new colleagues to the college and are so proud of our exceptional faculty, staff and programs that help our students stand out.

As we move forward on innovative plans for the college, I look forward to sharing more exciting news with you. I hope you enjoy reading about one of our newest alumna, award winning students and a new Women in Technology student organization.

Thank you for your continued support of CTAAE. I welcome you to reach out anytime with visits, calls or emails.
