Community Description:

Are you experiencing burnout, and not sure what to do about it? You are not alone. In this book club, we will engage in guided discussion based on Amelia Nagoski and Emily Nagoski’s book, Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle. Together, our goal is to support each other as we learn more about how to combat stress, identify stressors, reflect on our coping skills, identify what is and is not working, and move toward reestablishing a fulfilling relationship with work. You will have the option to develop a personal wellness/burnout recovery plan.

During our four hybrid and Zoom meetings, we will discuss chapters from the book, reflect on our own experience of burnout, and consider practical, manageable ways to implement stress-cycle busting practices.

All members of the community will be provided with a copy of the book.
