Games-based Learning

Games-based learning is gaining a lot of attention as a different and popular approach to active learning in the classroom, especially in higher education.  This workshop is designed for those interested in taking a look at the use of games as teaching tools in their classrooms.  This workshop will provide information on how to develop games for the classroom, as well as how to use game design to help structure coursework.  Participants will take away practical ideas to use in their classrooms.
