Games-based Learning Part 1
Games-based learning is gaining a lot of attention as a different and popular approach to active learning in the classroom, especially in higher education. This workshop is designed for graduate teaching associates who are interested in taking a look at the use of games as teaching tools in their classrooms. The focus of this workshop is the use of individual, discreet games as part of one’s lesson plans. Participants will take away practical ideas to use in their classrooms.
