Student Ambassador Applications are accepted in the Fall for the following academic year.   

How Can I Become a Student Ambassador?

In order to become a Student Ambassador, you will need to submit an application by the deadline posted above.  Applications are reviewed by the current Student Ambassadors and all applicants will be notified of their decisions by email within two weeks. Requirements for applying are listed below. Student who are chosen to become new Student Ambassadors will be enrolled in an 8-week spring course (BA 2010) that will prepare them to become Student Ambassadors.


  • Be pursuing Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bachelor’s in Economics, or Minor in the College of Business.
  • Have at least two semesters remaining prior to graduation.
  • Successful completion of BA 2010.
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (Freshman: have high school GPA of 3.25 and ACT score of 23 or higher).
The application of the successful student ambassador will demonstrate the following:
  • Conscientiousness
  • Proactivity
  • Integrity
  • Leadership
  • Hospitable
  • Professionalism
  • Accepted students will need to complete BA 2010 in the spring semester.
  • BA 2010 is a one credit hour class that prepares these students to be great Student Ambassadors.
  • Students will learn valuable skills such as how to present and network well.
