Tyler Hallman

My name is Tyler Hallman, and I am currently a second-year student here at BGSU! I am from Willowbrook, a town located in the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. Within the Schmidthorst College of Business, I am pursuing a specialization in Marketing.

Outside of the College of Business, I love to stay involved in the community! I enjoy pursuing my passions while studying BSBA, getting involved in student organizations such as a cappella groups, musical theatre clubs, various performance opportunities, and more! Being able to follow my interests while pursuing an education is truly the best feeling. Additionally, I am involved in many other student organizations that showcase my different skills, from leadership to talent. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing, catching up on non-school-related assignments, volunteering for non-profits, and, most importantly, spending time with my family and friends.

After graduation, I hope to obtain a career in marketing within an industry related to my previous major, Resort and Attraction Management. A core value of mine is staying true to my passions, so combining these two different areas of knowledge into one career would be ideal. As a transfer student from within BGSU, the Schmidthorst College of Business has been incredibly welcoming and pushes me every day to be the best I can be! As I continue this new path, I hope to find my place in this college and discover more about what this school has to offer!
