An earned MBA or a Master’s Degree (or higher) in the area of instruction or in a related field is required, preferably from an AACSB accredited Business School (JD is required for Business Law). Instructor of Management, College of Business/Department of Management, Bowling Green State University.  Full-time non-tenure track, renewable faculty position available August, 2018.  Responsibilities:  Primary teaching responsibility is organization development, organizational behavior and related areas at the undergraduate level and possibly graduate level; some academic and career advising, and involvement in departmental service activities is expected.  Minimum qualifications: Master in business, management, organization development, or related field from an AACSB International accredited College of Business, one or more years teaching at the university level, one or more years of professional experience in an organization or consulting firm, documented record of effective teaching at the university level as evidenced through teaching evaluations, effective communications skills as evidenced by the written materials received for application.
