The Hatch registered

The Hatch has transformed entrepreneurship in the College of Business by incorporating experiential learning in a program unlike any other throughout the country. We'd like to offer your students the opportunity to experience entrepreneurship firsthand and inspire their own entrepreneurial spirit.

With a format similar to the television show "Shark Tank," student entrepreneurs present business ideas to a group of alumni investors vying for funds to launch their businesses. Nearly $500,000 has been committed to student start-ups during its first three years.

During the fall, BGSU students apply to The Hatch. Throughout a 10-week program, our students work with faculty and an alumni mentor to develop their business idea and work on their pitch. We anticipate a live audience of 1,600 cheering on the Hatchlings this April.

We invite you to The Hatch on April 19, 2018.

Or, register here  for a Hatch Watch Party. With 10 or more students, we will send you CoB swag to distribute during your party.

If you have questions or would like additional information, please email Susan Kosakowski or call at 419-372-0232.
