Vice President, Marketing Intelligence & Analytics
Ravi graduated from BGSU ASOR department in 2003 with an MS (CS/OR) degree. He also holds a bachelors degree in Math, Applied Math and Statistics from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.
Ravi has extensive experience leading digital and multi-channel marketing and optimization initiatives for several well-known brands across North America, Europe and Asia. He is also an Elected Fellow of The OR Society, London and is a Trustee of the Marketing Science Institute, Cambridge, MA.
Ravi currently leads the Marketing Intelligence and Analytics group at Comcast Cable, nations largest pay TV and broadband provider. In that role, Ravi helps Comcast optimize Marketing and Sales ROI of the $40 billion business that consistently ranks among top marketers in the US. Ravi takes pride in being able to apply the OR techniques he learned at BGSU and is a big fan of the case study based collaborative learning.
Prior to Comcast, Ravi was a Managing Director of Ogilvy & Mather’s Network Analytics & CRM Team. O&M is a storied advertising and marketing services agency with operations across the world. It is part of the WPP group, the largest ad agency holding company in the world. While at Ogilvy, Ravi leveraged analytics driven marketing strategy to help some very well known brands – IBM, Lenovo, Unilever, Cisco, SingTel, British Telecom, Time Warner, British Airways, Sears Holdings etc.
Ravi lives in Lower Merion Township near Philadelphia with his family - wife Pranathi and two young children – Arnav and Atharv.
