The Department of World Languages and Cultures at Bowling Green State University seeks applications for part-time instructors to teach in the area of French.
Successful candidates will teach primarily lower-level courses beginning August 2017, or as needed.
Requirements: Minimum MA required; linguistic competence in the target language at native or near-native level. Evidence of successful teaching at the collegiate level is preferred.
Applicants should submit: 1) letter of application; 2) full curriculum vita; 3) names, addresses and phone numbers of two references. Unless they request otherwise, qualified applicants will also be considered for future part-time employment opportunities that may arise.
Finalists will be required to submit two current (no more than one year old) original letters of reference and official transcripts indicating highest degree. Finalists are also required to authorize and pass a background investigation prior to offer of employment.
