LaNaya Anderson

Background:

LaNaya Anderson is a fifth-year (currently on Internship) graduate student in Clinical Psychology. She is originally from Chester, NH, and earned her BA in Psychology from Winona State University. She went on to receive her MS in Clinical Psychology from Fort Hays State University. Her research interests include the etiology and treatment of eating disorders, weight loss, and obesity. LaNaya is also interested in the effects of viewing social media images (e.g., thinspiration and fitspiration), and how to use social networking components for weight loss interventions. After graduate school, LaNaya hopes to find a career in an eating disorder treatment center. Her hobbies include painting, drawing, and calisthenics.
