Join us on May 8 as Lauren Salisbury and Kristin LaFollette deliver their Brown Bag presentation, #PhDone and #MAstered: How to plan, write, and complete your dissertation or thesis.

In this Brown Bag Workshop, facilitators Dr. Kristin LaFollette and Dr. Lauren Salisbury will discuss their process for planning and writing their dissertation research projects at each stage: prelims, prospectus talk, IRB and research, writing, and the defense. We will talk about how to approach the writing process with flexibility and how to address writer’s block, institutional roadblocks, and research setbacks. The workshop will conclude with a Q&A when participants can address questions and concerns and plan or revise their thesis or dissertation timeline. While some content will specifically address procedures for Rhetoric & Writing PhD students, master’s students are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The Brown Bag will be held May 8 at 1:30 pm in East Hall room 206.
