Forensic Science Examination

Dr. Steve Lab, professor and director of the Criminal Justice Program (center), and John Liederbach, associate professor of Criminal Justice, examine equipment donated by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) as they prepare students for successful careers with a 480-hour internship requirement that’s double what most programs require.

This undergraduate area of study is appropriate for Criminal Justice students interested in pursuing investigative careers in the public, private, intelligence, and military sectors. Students in the Forensic Investigations specialty will take four dedicated courses in addition to the core Criminal Justice courses required for the major.
