Falcon BEST Robotics Competition
Hosted by Bowling Green State University, the College of Technology, Architecture, and Applied Engineering, and Northwest Ohio Center for Excellence in STEM Education.
The 2014 Falcon BEST Robotics Competition was a success.
Thirteen teams from Northwest Ohio middle and high schools participated in the daylong competition on Nov. 8 at the BGSU Stroh Center.
Here are the results:
BEST AWARD (Overall Award - total points from engineering notebook, robotics competition, marketing, exhibit and spirit.)

3rd - St. Ursula Academy*
ROBOTICS COMPETITION (Teams that amass the most points with their robots in the robotics competition.)

Most Robust Machine - Bowling Green Middle and High Schools
Founder’s Award - Port Clinton High School
(The founder’s award goes to the team that makes the best use of the engineering process in consideration of offensive and defensive capabilities in a machine design and is awarded in recognition of BEST founders Steve Marum and Ted Mahler.)
