The Living Book Presentation
One of the newest and biggest service projects that our chapter has created is the Living Book Presentation in which we will present a popular children's book on stage for attendees of Bowling Green State University's "Sibs 'n' Kids Weekend." Our members will write a script, create sets and props, rehearse, and ultimately perform the play in an effor to encourage children to see the fun in reading.
The 2009 presentation will be the Dr. Seuss classic The Sneetches, an entertaining and amusing story that teaches children about acceptance and diversity.
The event will take place April 4th, 2009 at 3:00 PM in room 308 of the Bowen-Thompson Student Union.
