YOUTH VISION INTERNATIONAL

The Youth Vision International is a non profit organization dedicated to the empowerment of the youth in the USA and Kenya. Aware that the youth are the most affected by HIV/AIDS, The Youth Vision International fundraises for HIV/AIDS projects in the USA and Kenya. The youth vision international uses a collaborative strategy between USA and Kenya to enable youth to learn from each other and work together to fight AIDS.

The youth vision international contribute toward AIDS control through:

¼ Annual Races against AIDS at Bowling Green State University, Ohio, USA, which creates awareness about AIDS and raises funds towards the problem

¼ Through Masimba Community Resource Center, Kenya, which provides information about AIDS other reading materials

¼ Conferences to discuss and generate ideas on how to combat HIV

¼The engagement of policy makers to formulate policies that focus on HIV/AIDS

¼ Circulation of educational, informational communication materials that the youth about HIV/AIDS

   through Research

   through collaboration with other agencies
