stance. look to the right, left outside crescent (going toward the right) followed by right leg spin rear kick. land
in a right American fighting stance facing the right with right hand low block followed by right hand high
block. Shift into right front stance, middle reverse punch, basic middle punch. Shift into a right right angle
stance, circle both hands simultaneously clockwise one full rotation, then strike sanchin style to the groin area
with the right hand and the solar plexus with the left hand. prep position (a slightly high supported left middle
block), look left. right outside crescent (going toward the left) followed by left leg spin rear kick. land in a left
American fighting stance facing the left, with left hand low block followed by left hand high block. Shift into
left front stance, middle reverse punch, basic middle punch. Shift into a left right angle stance, circle both
hands simultaneously counterclockwise one full rotation, then strike sanchin style to the groin area with the
left hand and the solar plexus with the right hand. look toward the back, turn toward the back in left front
stance. Reverse circle middle block, Shift into left forward fighting stance. step forward with right leg jump
front snap kick, land into kneeling right forward fighting stance, left hand punch to the floor. KIA! Turn so
facing the front, left hourglass stance, dual sanchin middle blocks. Grab opponents head, right knee strike.
land facing the back in left right angle stance with Korean open hand block. Immediately turn toward the front
in a right right angle stance with Korean open hand block. Step out into a front horse stance, with dual low
blocks to the sides. Left hand low block followed by supported right hand uppercut. Step up into right crane
stance with right leg middle front snap kick. Don I set leg down, roll leg over and execute a slow right side
thrust kick, land. Immediately execute a right skip in side thrust k ck. Land in a front horse stance, with dual
low blocks to the sides,. right hand low block followed by supported left hand uppercut. Step up into left
crane stance with left leg middle front snap kick. Don I set leg down, roll leg over and execute a slow left side
thrust kick, land. Immediately execute a left skip in side thrust kick. Land in a front horse stance, with dual
low blocks to the sides. Step back into left front stance (stance facing the left, face toward the front), with left
open hand high block and right open hand low block (over back leg, simultaneously). Step back into left right
angle stance, left low open hand block (over front leg) and simultaneously right high open hand block (slightly
to the right side). Step forward into right front stance with right hand out to in wrist block. Followed by right
hand vertical spear hand strike to the solar plexus. Shift into right American fighting stance, right circle high
block, grabbing opponents head. Shift into right front stance with reverse middle punch. Step back one stance
into left American fighting stance, left circle high block, grabbing opponents head. Shift into left front stance
with reverse middle punch. Shift backward into left cat stance, double upward palm block. Execute a dual
sanchin spear hand strike to opponents solar plexus. Step up to ready stance. Repeat salutation from
beginning. Ready stance. Finished.
