Step 900 to the left into left front stance; basic sliding strike to chest ;both hands had to flip over
Return to baseline position; bo held in front of body on a 450 angle, eyes still looking left
Flip left hand over as you step 900 to the left into a long,low left front stance; sliding strike to the eyes Return to baseline by moving right foot next to left, bo moves to left side of body, eyes forward
Look right, step 900 to right into right front st. bo remains perpendicular to floor as it blocks over lead leg
Return to baseline, bo back to left side, eyes still looking right
Step 90* to the right into right front stance; basic sliding strike to the chest (right hand needs to flip over)
Return to baseline, bo held in front of body on 450 angle, eyes still looking right
Flip right hand over as you step into long, low right front stance; sliding strike to eyes
Look left, flip right hand over as you step 90- to the left into right cat stance; circle low block
Prep bo on right side by allowing tip to rotate 1800 clockwise; sanchin block over lead leg
Left hand slides to end of bo; take two steps forward into right front stance while doing full overhead vertical strike (hands are comfortable on end of bo) strike ends waist high
As you step forward pull bo back towards body so that the right hand can flip over and grab the end while the left hand flips over; full overhead vertical strike ... ends waist high

Left foot steps into that 90* angle, hands spread themselves to the one-third and two-thirds posn; high block, left front stance
Right foot steps into right front stance, circle low block over lead leg

Your strike series; each ending in front of left shoulder:
a. rear tip of bo travels along right side of body striking in an upward motion
b. rear tip of bo travels in a downward motion
c. without changing hands, horizontal strike, butt end on outside of right shoulder

Look 1800 over left shoulder, both hands flip as step 90* to the left with right foot into long right front stance; sanchin shoulder block to the left
Right foot steps to left into right front stance; high block, right front stance
Left foot steps into left front stance; circle low block over lead leg

Four strike series; each ending in front of right shoulder
Left foot steps back into attention stance, bo on right side held vertically

Left foot steps next to right as bo returns to right side of body; all of which occurs as you turn 180counter-clockwise back to original starting posn. Step 900 to the left into left front stance, bo remains perpendicular to the floor as it blocks over lead leg
Return to baseline, bo back to right side, eyes left
Step 900 to the left into left front stance; basic sliding strike to chest (left hand flips over)
