Attention. Bow. Ready stance.
Right cat stance, Japanese open hand block. Step forward into left forward
fighting stance, reverse cat paw block/grab. Back leg Muay Thai kick (drawing
up into the chamber for), side stomp to knee height. Set down after the stomp in
a right forward fighting stance (facing forward), reverse overhead elbow strike,
striking the open right palm at head height. KIAI!
Shifting from forward fighting stance to American fighting stance, look to the left.
Left Korean open hand block. Front leg side thrust kick straight forward, at middle
height. Set down into the same stance (as before the kick), inside forearm strike
(same move as Korean open hand block, but with closed hands). Step forward into
right American fighting stance, high block, shift into right front stance, reverse
middle punch.
Turn to face the opposite direction by moving the front foot, right American fighting
stance. Right Korean open hand block. Front leg side thrust kick straight forward,
at middle height. Set down into the same stance (as before the kick), inside
forearm strike (same move as Korean open hand block, but with closed hands). Step
forward into left American fighting stance, high block, shift into front stance,
reverse middle punch.
Turn 90° left, facing front, left right-angle stance, inside knife hand strike
(neck height). Turn extended left hand vertically, and lower to chest height.
Back leg outside crescent kick, kicking the extended hand with the side of the lower
leg. Set kicking foot down into right forward fighting stance, reverse uppercut punch,
reaction hand in on guard position by the head. Back leg inside diagonal ax kick,
set down into a left American fighting stance. Lead hand outside ridge hand strike.
Shift American fighting stance to forward fighting stance facing to the right, but
continue looking to the front. Left leg hook kick to the front, set down into a
forward fighting stance. Left hand inside knife hand strike. Right hand uppercut
punch, left hand in on guard position by the head. Left American fighting stance,
outside ridge hand strike. Shift to left front stance, reverse palm heel strike.
KIAI!
Turn 270° clockwise, by moving the back foot, into right American fighting stance,
Korean open hand block. Left leg double round kick. Set kick down into left
American fighting stance, high block/strike. Shift into left front stance, reverse
punch, basic punch.
Turn to face the opposite direction by moving the front foot, left American fighting
stance, Korean open hand block. Left leg double round kick. Set kick down into left
American fighting stance, high block/strike. Shift into right front stance, reverse
punch, basic punch.
Turn right 90°, by moving the front foot, into right cat stance, Korean open
hand block. Slide into right Right-angle stance, inside knife hand strike (neck
height). Turn extended hand vertically, and lower to chest height. Back leg outside
crescent kick, kicking the extended hand with the side of the lower leg. Set kicking
foot down into left forward fighting stance, reverse uppercut punch, reaction hand in
on guard position by the head. Back leg inside diagonal ax kick, set down into a
right American fighting stance. Lead hand outside ridge hand strike. Shift American
fighting stance to a forward fighting stance facing to the left, but continue looking
to the front. Right leg hook kick to the front, set down into a forward fighting
stance. Right hand inside knife hand strike. Left hand uppercut punch, right hand in
on guard position by the head. Right American fighting stance, outside ridge hand
strike. Shift to right front stance, reverse palm heel strike. KIAI!
Look to the right, draw left foot to the right foot in a basic squat position.
Turning 90° to the right, step out with left foot along the base line, into left
forward fighting stance, reverse cat paw block. Back leg side snap kick, 45° to
the right of base line, knee height. Don't set your foot down, chamber and execute
a side thrust kick, 45° to the right of the base line, at mid-thigh to rib height.
Keep hands on guard. Retrieve leg and step with right foot into right front stance
at a 45° angle right of the base line, reverse outside forearm strike, striking
the forearm into the open right hand (palms facing the body) at chest height, body
centerline position. KIAI! Pull hands to sides, step backwards into a basic
squat position.
Turn 135° to the right along the base line, into right forward fighting stance,
reverse cat paw block. Back leg side snap kick, 45° to the left of base line,
knee height. Don't set your foot down, chamber and execute a side thrust kick,
45° to the left of the base line, at mid-thigh to rib height. Keep hands on
guard. Retrieve leg and step with left foot into left front stance at a 45°
angle left of the base line, reverse outside forearm strike, striking the forearm
into the open left hand (palms facing the body) at chest height, body centerline
position. KIAI! Pull hands to sides, step backwards into a basic squat
position.
