forearm block (open hands, right hand by forehead). Turn 180o to the right into right
right angle stance, sanchin twin forearm block (closed hands, left hand by forehead).
Turn 90o to the left into left front stance, Low closed hand X-block. Step forward
into right front stance, augmented middle block. Move left foot to right foot, ready
stance with hands in cup and saucer arrangement left hand on top on right side. Left
standing side thrust kick to the left, land into left front stance facing left. Right elbow
smash to left palm (palm toward body). Step up into ready stance facing front, hands
in cup and saucer arrangement right hand on top on left side. Right standing side
thrust kick to the right, land into right front stance facing right. Left elbow smash to
right palm (palm toward body). Hands go to prep position (left hand in center of
back, knuckles to spine. Right hand, at same time, does a open hand high block with
the knuckles against the forehead.). Twist 90o to the left into left front stance. Left
open hand high block with the knuckles against the forehead, right hand outside knife
hand strike to neck level. Move right foot forward, setting left foot behind right. Right
hand back fist (to right side), left hand pulled back by the side. Kiai! Turn front of
the body,135o to the left into left front stance. Right hand on inside sanchin choke,
hands move to shoulder width. Right leg front thrust kick, landing in right front stance
with a basic punch followed by a reverse punch. Turn 90o to the right into right front
stance. Left hand on inside sanchin choke, hands move to shoulder width. Left leg
front thrust kick, landing in left front stance with a basic punch followed by a reverse
punch. Move 45o to the left, facing the back, into left right angle stance. Block by
extending both hands back like a Korean open hand block, but with both hands in fist
palms down. Extend hands forward, lead hand executing a middle block motion, back
hand moving to solar plexus, palm up. Step forward into right right angle stance,
repeat block with opposite side. Step forward into left right angle stance, repeat block
again. Shift into a left front stance, grab opponents head, knee strike to the side. Kiai!
Turn 45o to the left of front, in a cat stance with Korean open hand block. Shift 90o
to the right into right cat stance with Korean open hand block. Look forward, step up
to ready stance, bow.
