Death
     in the United States death is removed from the family reality (funeral homes, sterilized environment)
     it is important to keep death present in your life so that you will appreciate being alive

Judgment
     within the United States it is a part of who we are
     we know that life matters and that judgment happens, even if it is not always a conscious thought

     we will be judged for our love and our relationship with God
     we are supposed to be Christ-like, and we need to behave like God and our actions should reflect Him

Hell
     exorcism, the Devil, evil (Why does God allow this? Original Sin, he gives us freedom!)

     it is very hard to break from a habit, especially if that habit is sin

Heaven
     the Lord our God will be serving us at the banquet of all banquets
     happiness, we are found
     it is when we reach Heaven that we come back to where we are supposed to be

     - time is a gift from God, and wasting it could be a sin (interesting thing to ponder)
     - 10% of your income should be given to the greater good
