As a student
organization, the BGSU Men's Chorus receives very little funding from
the University. All of the funding for our tours comes from our own
fundraisers. Every November, we partake in one of the most unique
fundraisers ever created, the Hot-Tub-A-Thon. For 50 straight hours,
members of the Chorus take turns sitting 30 minute shifts in a hot-tub.
Unlike most hot-tubs, however, this one sits outdoors in the frigid
Bowling Green air. The utter craziness of this annual event has
attracted the attention of local newspapers and television stations,
and has even been covered by CNN. Make your personal pledge here!
The
Men's Chorus also
holds a benefit dinner every spring semester. Participants
are provided with food, drink, and entertainment for their
donation to the chorus. The chorus performs at this event along with a
number of other fine musical acts. This year the dinner is being held
from 4pm to 5pm with an hour long concert ensuing on February 7th.

During 2005-2006, we
have unveilled a number of all-new fundraisers, including "Cheese
Bursarable", the BGMC Apple-Bob, BGMC Texas Hold 'Em Tourny, "Shave it
or Save it", and our BGMC Bachelor Auction.
