The BGSU Men's Chorus Officers are an elected group by the chorus student body. The officers are elected in the final weeks of classes each year for the following year. The officers handle the organization side of the chorus including tours, finances, brotherhood building activities, publicity, alumni relations, and fundraising. The officers this year hope to bring a new level of brotherhood to the chorus and promote the BGSU Men's Chorus to the campus and surrounding communities.

- President -

Benji Cates is a Junior Music Education Major who has been in Men's Chorus for three years. Benji is a long-time barbershopper and has greatly enjoyed his involvement in the varsity quartet. He enjoys spending his time playing sports and singing with his friends. He is a member of the Falcon Marching Band and works part-time as a DJ. Fun Fact: Benji can say the alphabet backwards while standing on his hands.

- Vice President -

Tyler Burg is a Sophomore Bachelor of Musical Arts Major with a minor in Music Recording Technology. This is Tyler's second year in the Men's Chorus and hopes this year will be just as good, if not better than the last. When Tyler isn't singing with the Men's Chorus, he is playing soccer, playing Bass and singing in one of his bands, Civil War Reenacting, working or just hanging out. Fun Fact about Tyler: He owns and wears a kilt and during Hot-Tubathon was seen running across campus in a speedo.

- Secretary -

D.J. Zippay is a Music education major entering his junior year of college. This is his third year in the chorus as well as his second term as Men's Chorus secretary and he is also the secretary for his fraternity Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. He was a huge jock in high school, until he realized he wasn't a great athlete and switched his focus to music. D.J.'s one true weakness is shoes. He has stated that he has owed at least 50 pairs of shoes at a time. Try and fit those into a dorm room closet!

John Incorvaia is a Junior Music Education major entering his third year with the Men's Chorus and his second year as Treasurer. He enjoys playing various sports with his free time and enjoys hanging out with his close friend. There are evidently no interesting facts about him as there is not one on this website.

- Fundraiser -

Jordan McKinney is a Sophomore with an undecided major. This is his second year in Men's Chorus and he looks forward to an exciting year! Fun Fact: Jordan has written and directed two stage plays!

- Publicity -

Ben Shepler is a Sophomore Music Education major and is excited for his second year in the Men's Chorus. Ben plays a plethora of instruments including guitar, drums, piano, and tin whistle. He enjoys playing dodgeball and ultimate frisbee as well as spending a few lazy hours on Netflix. Although the company of typical pets such as dogs and cats is all well and good, Ben prefers hanging out with is African hedgehog, Sonica.

- Technology Coordinator -

Josh Pecek is a Sophomore double majoring in Music Education and Vocal Performance. This is his second year in the Men's Chorus and is excited to be on board as an officer this year. In his spare time, Josh enjoys playing basketball, disc golf, trumpet, and piano. Though he enjoys a wide range and selection of music, he has been documented three times this summer for playing classical music too loudly in his dorm room.
