Find a sustainable way to provide residents of the city of Bowling Green, including BGSU students with bicycle transportation at no or very little cost.
Continue to apply for grants money and to look for monetary and moral support and recognition in campus and the wider Bowling Green community.
Create and provide covered bike racks for temporary storage and long term storage facilities.
To maintain the bikes, offer maintenance clinics, and/or be able to offer discounts on maintenance from local businesses.
To make the community more aware and more respectful of bikers, in order to make biking more safe.
To provide the community with info on bikers’ rights.
To use advertising (flyering, etc.) to aid in awareness of the group.
Be active in the city government to, in order, for example to request more bike racks when new businesses open and to request additional bike paths to grocery stores, etc. when new building is proposed in Bowling Green.
To actively find new members to continue with the group.
To promote cycling by creating community cycling
events and informing members of other cycling events in the area.
