While Animarathon is a BGSU student organization run event,the convention has simply grown too large in size for ANO to staff theevent by itself. If you would like to help out, please email Caroline Coates at ccoates@bgsu.edu for more information.

1. All Volunteer staff members must be sixteen years of age or older. Should a minor wish to participate as a member of the Volunteer Staff at Animarathon VIII, the Volunteer's guardian must sign this contract as the Volunteer Staff Representative.


2. Volunteer Staff must be able to arrive before the start of Animarathon or ASAP (if you are not able to arrive at the beginning of the con, please state when you can arrive) and be able to assist in setting up the Dealers’ room.


3. As a Volunteer Staff member you must sign up to watch a room (Anime, Dealers, Artist Alley, assist the Gaming room).


4. Volunteer Staff, when not attending to duties assigned according to this contract, must be able and willing to assist the ANO officers should the need arise (ex: someone else did not show up at their assigned time to watch a room, you may be required to fill in for them).


5. Volunteer Staff must be able and willing to provide (extremely) general security and report problems to ANO officers.


6. If, for any reason, you become unable to attend Animarathon as a Volunteer Staff member you must give 14 days notice so that we can make the appropriate adjustments to staffing.
