The Animarathon 2008 schedule is now available! The schedule is current as of March 26, 2008 but is subject to change without notice. Please refer to the schedules at the convention for the most recent information.

• Screening Rooms - there will be five or six rooms in which anime will be shown throughout the day
• Cosplay Competition - dress as your favorite anime, manga, or video game character, or Japanese musician, and compete against other costume enthusiasts for prizes
• Panels - discussions and Q&A sessions on a variety of topics
• Dealer's Room - buy anime, manga, food, music, and related goods from several area stores and dealers (and we will have manga this time, I promise!)
• Artists' Alley - artists will sell their drawings and books of their work, along with other products of their craft
• Video Game Contests
  In honor of the new Super Smash Brothers Game, we will be hosting tournaments for both SSBM and Super Smash Brothers Brawl. The Brawl tournament will be for fun only. In other words, there will be no prize for the Brawl tournament.
  
  This year there will be two gaming rooms, one for contests, and one for free play. Please treat the systems and controllers in each room kindly. Volunteers have donated their wares to Anime in Northwest Ohio, and we want to return these items without damage.
  
  WARNING: Animarathon will not provide Wii Motes. These controllers are far too easy to steal, and we refuse to deal with this security hazard. However, you are all more than welcome to bring your own Wii motes or other controllers for the multiple systems in the Gaming Rooms.
  
  That said, rules for the contests will be updated no later than three days before the convention. Registration for the games will be outside the Game Room prior to the event. More details will be announced soon.
