LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Phi Kappa Psi offers a variety of leadership opportunities. With a fully elected executive board, appointed committee heads, and other involvement in the fraternity, it is easy to take a leadership role. As the colony works forward to chartering, it is important for every member to take a leadership role in the founding of our organization.

On campus, members of Phi Psi take leadership roles in other organizations, and on campus, over 40% of the Undergraduate Student Government members are greek. Many members of our National Government were leaders and members of fraternities while working toward their undergraduate degree. More opportunities exist to get involved in other greek leadership outside of our colony, such as the Interfraternity Council, Order of Omega, and the National Fraternity

Nationally, Phi Kappa Psi hosts the Cabo Leadership Experience at the American Leadership Academy. Each year, members of Phi Psi can go to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for a week to gain a plethora of information regarding personal development and leadership. The housing at the hotel, meals, and transportation from the airport is provided by the American Leadership Academy. This experience is offered exclusively to Phi Psis around the nation. The only costs that individual members must come up with is their airfare to Cabo San Lucas and any extra costs for extra activities the individual wishes to take part in.
