     Chief Executive officer, responsible for the activities and success of the chapter, official representative, preserves harmony, delegates, makes sure officers know their roles, and encourages education and training of members.

Assists the President in all his duties and responsibilities as well as taking charge of the chapter in the absence of the President.

He chairs the Prudential Committee, and supervises the committee structure that actually carries out the work of the chapter. He oversees all external affairs dealing with the chapter.
 
Treasurer

The financial manager of the chapter. He handles all business details under the supervision of the Prudential Committee.

     The Prudential Committee shall be the managerial, financial, and operational governing body of this chapter. The Prudential Committee shall review and recommend what legislation will be placed on the meeting agenda and what action committees may take. It shall review constitutional amendments before they are presented to the chapter and give their recommendation as to their possible passage and the committee shall interpret the constitution and its by-laws. It shall assign a just and consistent penalty for any violation of the constitution and its by-laws. At any time the Prudential Committee shall call an officer forward for neglecting his duties and, if necessary, may reprimand or recommend the removal of, or remove that officer themselves in accordance with this document. The Prudential Committee also has the power to move an initiated member to suspension status, pending a three fourths (3/4) vote of quorum.

The editor is responsible for submitting material for Fraternity Publications. He is also responsible for photography, and the maintenance of photo albums.
 
Sergeant At Arms

He puts the chapter room in readiness for all meetings. Maintains order and dignity at all meetings.
 
Marshall

He is in charge of the most beautiful and important service of the Fraternity; the Initiation. He is in charge of pledge ceremonies, formal chapter meetings and other formal ceremonies. He must study and learn the ritual. He is in charge of all equipment relating to the ritual.
 
Scholarship
 
    
He is in charge of the chapter's program that encourages and recognizes good scholarship. He supervises the tutorial program, chapter reference material and reports to Headquarters on the chapter's scholarship.
 
Secretary

He is a vital communication link between the chapter and Fraternity Headquarters. He handles correspondence between the chapter and other chapters, alumni Brothers, the university and others. He keeps records of all meetings and files them properly. He types all minutes in triplicate; one for the Grand Chapter Advisor, on for the Grand Province Chief, and one for the permanent record book of the chapter. He reads aloud to the chapter at each meeting all letter from Headquarters and National Officers, and reads the minutes of the previous chapter meeting. He also takes attendance for chapter meetings.
 
Alumni Relations

He is the liason between the undergraduates and alumni. He is responsible for promoting a mutually beneficial relationship. He also creates the opportunity for the alumni to return to the chapter, to renew acquaintances and offer assistance.
