Dr. Tracy Huziak-Clark is co-PI of the STEP grant and responsible for SETGO project assessment. She has been on the faculty of BGSU's College of Education and Human Development since 2003 where she teaches Early Childhood Science Methods and Qualitative Approaches to Classroom Inquiry. Her research interests include Scientific Literacy, Teacher Education (in-service and pre-service), and Urban Education. She is an education researcher experienced in coordinating and managing internal evaluations for U.S. Department of Education Teacher Quality Grants, and field placement evaluation processes for STEM Education programs. Affiliated with COSMOS and the NWO Center for Excellence, she is currently serving as Director of the Research-based Inquiry Physics Experiences, funded by the Ohio Board of Regents Improving Teacher Quality grant.
