Conference & Event Services offers planning for spaces in the Bowen-Thompson Student Union, Olscamp Hall, Prout Chapel and several academic buildings.

The Bowen-Thompson Student Union and our other event areas, can accommodate a wide range of events from meetings of 10 people to banquets for 500. Our flexible meeting rooms, large event spaces, state-of-the-art audio-visual technology and event planning services are a perfect combination for meetings, conferences, banquets, dances, or other types of events.
