Conference & Event Services

The Conference & Event Services Office is the designated contact for the Bowen-Thompson Student Union, Olscamp Conference Center and classroom space in academic buildings for non-academic use.

Please submit your event space request either:

• by calling 419-372-9000, or
• in person in Suite 231 Bowen-Thompson Student Union, or
• contact us through our email: planevents@bgsu.edu
