The Office of Technology Transfer & Services is a nonprofit corporation that supports faculty members, staff members, and
students in commercializing intellectual property developed at the University. The office functions to:
Capitalize on the statewide initiative to stimulate the economy with scholarly achievements—especially in science and technology.
Promote innovation and stimulate an entrepreneurial culture on campus.
Offer faculty, staff and students opportunities to increase the public impact of their scholarship and to participate in any
revenue generated through commercialization.
Align with the University’s initiative on engagement.
