Sustainability Internship Program

Internships are available every semester for interested students who like to work on sustainability projects on campus.

There is one overall Sustainability Intern who acts as Dr. Nick Hennessy's assistant with various projects, proposals, meetings, advertising, and public relations. The Sustainability Intern may work with the other interns based on their unique position.

The following are a complete list of internships available. If you are interested in any of the below internships download the internship description, note the requirements, and send an e-mail to Dr. Nick Hennessy explaining why you would be a good intern for that position and attach your resume. Interviews will be set up after initial acceptance of application.

* Denotes an internship that is paid and must be applied for through Worknet

Internships can be created for special events at the Sustainability Coordinator's discretion. For example:

  • When you Move Out, Don't Throw It Out Intern
  • RecycleMania Intern
  • Campus Conservation Nationals Intern
  • Alternative Spring Break Intern

Contact Dr. Nick Hennessy for more information and other possible internships.
