Why do it?

Monitoring our personal daily actions is imperative in order to ensure a safe and healthy environment for future generations. There are many actions individuals can take to do their part in slowing climate change. 

University President Mazey says that BGSU has a "commitment to being one of the ‘greenest’ universities in the country". That means each Falcon needs to do his/her part to reduce the university's carbon footprint. Your office can be a part of the Falcon awesome team that is dedicated to making BGSU one of the "greenest" universities in the country, just like President Mazey stated. 

Also, to show campus wide support for sustainability, various university groups have sponsored the program. Upon receiving certification your office will receive 10%, 15%, or 20% discount coupons for the BGSU Bookstore.
