Hear What Others Are Saying

“Springboard helped me with identifying with someone who is different from myself, and also made me more efficient in group work and public speaking. I think that it will make me a stronger leader in the future, in all aspects of my life."
                                                                      - Maria D'Abate, Fall 2006 Coach

“Spring board has made me more aware of the importance of being able to strike up a conversation and getting to know a person. I believe the knowledge and experience I have gained can help me become a leader in organizations I am involved with. I also feel more comfortable with one on one conversations with people I do not know; as such that will help me with future interviews.”
                                                                      - Meghann Ford, Fall 2006 Coach
