FEDERAL WORK STUDY PROGRAM

Federal Work Study is a need-based employment program where the student receives their award by working, usually at a job on campus. The funds are earned in the form of a paycheck based on the hours a student chooses to work and the amount earned is not included in the calculations to determine EFC, making work-study jobs vary beneficial to students.
