Secretary
Kathy is Secretary of the Office of Service-Learning.  In addition to a BS in mathematics, she has a Specialist Certificate in Intergenerational Programming from the University of Pittsburgh, and is a trained facilitator for Stephen R. Covey's "Seven Habits for Highly Successful People."  As a practitioner, Kathy has directed several intergenerational service-learning programs involving middle school students with elders who reside in retirement communities or nursing homes.  In connection with these experiences, Kathy has presented intergenerational service-learning workshops at the annual conventions of the National Middle School Association, the National Council on Aging, Generations United, and the American Society on Aging.
