principles of good practice, aligning goals, learning strategies, and assessment methods, and provide examples. Participants
will identify academic and civic learning goals for a prospective service-learning course. We will also discuss publication
opportunities, especially the Michigan Journal of Community Service Learning.

course, and clarity about where to publish their work.
