BGSU Student Handbook

The Bowling Green State University Student Handbook is the primary means for communicating important information and policies affecting students.  The Student Handbook is comprised of five sections: General Information, Public Safety, Student Codes of Conduct, the Community Living Standards defining policies and procedures specific to on-campus, residential students, and the Policy and Procedures section.

The Code of Student Conduct creates an expectation of behavior that the University views as acceptable. By fulfilling these expectations, students can enjoy their own rights and responsibilities, while also respecting other's rights and furthering the University's goals.

Student Conduct Program serves to educate the University Community in regard to the Code of Student Conduct and to assist those students who fail to adhere to the expectations described within the Code. The department is supervised by the Associate Dean of Students.
